How Can dizziness Along With Lightheadedness Be Treated?

I was just curious about some symptoms I have been experiencing. I have been really tired for months now and finding my exercise and daily routines to be challenging and depleting instead of energizing as they once were. Yes, I have small kids and likely over worked and under rested, however the last year has been easier as they are now 3 and 5 however I am feeling at my worst. I get dizzy and lightheaded, seems to be more prone to colds, and so so so tired. Mangaing simple tasks is hard and my cognitive abilities have decreased.

what is your age. exclude hypertention and diabetes. you are having general debility general checkup with routine investigation may be made treatment should be planed accordingly.refraction should be done and if error detected then it should be corrected.
